One table for every nominator: sign-ups from the public form at agou.ca/nominate plus people you add by hand. "In riding" = the address matches the riding's address list (City of Victoria address points), or the BC Address Geocoder places it inside the official Victoria-Beacon Hill boundary. "Riding unknown" only means the address itself can't be placed (not found, or the street is found but not the house number). A different name at the address is shown separately and never changes the riding. "Lead, to ask" = a supporter we haven't asked yet. Addresses (not names) are sent to the BC Geocoder only for entries that are not in the address list. Elections BC needs at least 75 nominators who live in the riding (Election Act s. 53); the buffer target is our own safety margin.
Events with “Show on agou.ca/events” on appear on the public page at agou.ca/events (title, time, location, description and sign-up link only; team notes and who created it stay private). People can RSVP there; RSVPs show here. Cancelled events disappear from the public page. Times are Pacific.
Sign-ups from the public form at agou.ca/volunteer. The form asks for name, email, phone and (optionally) an address, plus consent to be contacted about volunteering. Use this information only for volunteering with the campaign. Organizers and the admin can change the status and notes (recorded in Activity); only the admin can delete a sign-up.
Requests from the public form at agou.ca/lawn-sign. The form asks for name, email, phone, the address for the sign, where it goes, whether a large sign would suit, delivery notes, the owner/landlord permission box and consent to be contacted about the sign and the campaign. Use this information only for lawn signs and the campaign. “In the riding” = the address is in the riding address list, or the BC Address Geocoder places it inside the official Victoria-Beacon Hill boundary (only the street address is sent to the geocoder). Requests outside the riding are kept and flagged, not rejected. Organizers and the admin can change the status, delivery volunteer, dates and notes (recorded in Activity); only the admin can delete a request or download the CSV.

Only emails on this list can sign in and see campaign data. You are the only admin; everyone else is a volunteer or an organizer.
Suspending or removing someone signs them out on every device straight away, and the database refuses their next request even if their browser still holds a sign-in. Every change is recorded in Activity.
Times are Pacific. Places are approximate (city level, looked up from the internet connection; the address itself is not stored). Failed code or link attempts are reported by the sign-in screen.
